Cancellation Policy
Please note our cancellation policy, effective January 1, 2026. Patients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the office is closed during the 24-hour window, leaving a voicemail will be accepted. Appointments canceled without proper notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
